To better serve you, RADAR has implemented the following Policies and Procedures that all clients are expected to adhere to prior to submission of a Service Requisition Form (SRF).

RADAR's ROLE
RADAR is home-based entrepreneur business, partnering with the client not an employee of the client. Therefore not being an employee of the client this allows RADAR to share its expertise with several clients at once. We have a business relationship wherein RADAR provides desktop publishing and administrative resources to the client for a fee. While RADAR will be acting upon the client behalf when conducting client's business, for our mutual protection, RADAR does not assume decision making for the client's business that is of any large financial scope or of a serious consequence or nature without client's written or electronic prior consent.

PRICING POLICY

  • RADAR will not discuss or distribute rate cards until SRF is submitted, signed by the client, and approved by RADAR.
  • Services that charge an hourly rate require a minimum of 2 hours of service. After a two hour minimum is fulfilled for that specified job request, services are then billed in half hour increments.
  • Additional fees & surcharges may be applied, but not limited to, rush orders, special formatting, illegible handwriting, CD or diskette with data, additional hard copies, and express mail delivery fees.
  • Retainer plans are also available for on-going business with us.

DELIVERY & CLIENT MEETINGS

  • Clients will not drop-off job requisition or pick-up any completed jobs at RADAR's headquarters.
  • Client is responsible for arranging job delivery. This can be stated on the job requisition form.
  • All shipments are made at the client's expense and risk.
  • RADAR is a home based business and will not hold client meetings on premises (no exceptions). Projects can be discussed via phone, e-mail, or fax.

REFUND POLICY & WARRANTY

  • We will not make any refunds for completed services under any circumstances
  • RADAR guarantees the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied, return the work to us within 48 hours after delivery and the reasonable necessary changes will be made to satisfy your needs.

PRIVACY

  • You are welcome to talk about our working relationship with anyone you choose. However, I will not discuss, disclose or communicate any of your personal or professional business clients, transactions, conversations or documentation with anyone in any form or fashion, other than those I'm required to within the context of conducting business, without your prior electronic or written consent.
  • RADAR does not control the privacy polices of business affiliates, advertisers, or any other sites to which a hyperlink is provided.

WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the "Work Product") developed in whole or in part by Contractor in connection with the Services shall be the exclusive property of (Company or Client). Upon request, RADAR shall sign all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of (Company or Client) to the Work Product. (Company or Client) shall allow RADAR to use said Work Product for references, portfolio use, or on website as samples.

DISCLAIMER
RADAR will not be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting in projects being lost or delayed in transit. Transit consists of electronic, fax, mail or any express service such as FEDEX or UPS.
